In 2011 was completed project - “JSC “Gandras Energoefektas” improving international competitiveness by launching a line for the production of lighting systems from recyclable materials”. The goal - to start producing mirror reflectors adapted for offices, production department, schools and so on. Moreover, utilization of plastic waste generated in Visaginas. So the facility was built, that contains 2 lines:

1. First one is used to recycle materials. Recyclable material are sorted and recycled here.

2. Second line is for processing and production reflectors. The obtained granules from the first line are involved in the production of plastic mirror reflectors.

ALFA reflector approaches for the general and special illumination. It is intended for the single-tube fixture, fixed directly on a tube of a luminescent lamp. It can be turned, that is very convenient if asymmetric illumination is necessary. ALFA reflectors are made of various lengths: for all luminescent lamps, which diameter of a tube is 26 mm and capacity is from 15 up to 70 W.

Class of inflammability:
ALFA reflector is made from materials which abilities of ignition correspond to a temperature mode of class UL 94V - 0.

Materials:
The reflector is made from a multilayered special polyvinylchloride foil “LAMINAT” by thickness of 0,3 or 0,4 mm. It is covered with a polyethylene film which is metallized by aluminium. Details of fastening are made of polycarbonate “LEKSAN” - it is stable to influence of ultra-violet rays heat.

Efficiency ~ 20% - 84%.

Hanging parabolic mirror reflector GAMA. GAMA reflectors are used for general and special lighting, when it is important that the lamp would not dazzle. The reflector is designed for 2 lamps, hung directly on the tube fluorescent lamp. Reflector can be tilted at an angle of up to 45 degrees, if needed. Efficiency - 75%. GAMA reflectors are made of different lengths for all fluorescent lamps, with tube diameter - 26 mm and power from 15W to 70W.

Materials:
GAMA reflector are made ​​of material with flammability properties that correspond to temperature mode of UL 94V-0 class. The reflector are 0.3 mm or 0.4 mm and are made of PVC layered foils. It is covered with polyester film 0.012 mm, which is metallized with aluminum. Fasteners are made of amorphous polycarbonate “LEKSAN”. This material is resistant to heat and UV radiation.

Efficiency: 20% - 69.8%

SM-54-24 Laterns for medical institutions

This lamp is designed for general and local lighting in the wards, medical institutions, baby homes, sanatoriums. In the case of laterns can be mounted sockets and connections for mobile medical equipment, radio, telephone, television, Internet, and the oxygen supply system. A button to call medical staff can be added. There will be left free space on the control panel if you need to connect to some other equipment.

Lamp mounted above the hospital bed. System features - has a local mode (which reduces power consumption up to 2 times) and general lighting. General illumination light propagates upward, creating a cozy room lighting, scattered and bouncing off the walls and ceiling. Therefore, there would be possibility to turn off the general lighting of the ward, to reducing the consumption of electric energy up to 6 times. Local illumination directed on the bed and illuminates the treatment site.

Latern case is made ​​of recycled plastic, mirror - from Polymetal crystal that is resistant to disinfecting devices.

Reflectors are made according to the new technology “total reflection”, which effectively uses light energy, maximally reflecting the entire flow of the light in the desired direction.
