Controller for automatic solid fuel boilers
This controller controls the ignition and combustion process in the boiler, bringing it closer to the ideal (6% oxygen). This is new generation microprocessor-based controller with color touchscreen.
The main advantages of the controller:

- BUS backbone allows you to connect additional modules;
- The ability to connect the control unit with room thermostat;
- The ability to adjust the amount of boiler ignition cycles;
- Flame Test function before lighting the boiler;
- Separate control burner cleaning (depending on the type of fuel used, you can change cleaning intervals);
- Separate ash removal auger control (depending on the type of fuel used);
- Support of the exhaust fan on the additional output (some boilers are equipped with a fan of the secondary air, which is necessary to control).
The controller ensures operation of the following equipment:
- burner (boiler temperature, flue temperature, water temperature)
- pumps
- exhauster (with frequency converter)
- air supply fan (with frequency converter)
- fuel supply system
- fire-fighting equipment or devices
- additional boilers (cascade control)

Lambda module with oxygen probe for automatic solid fuel boilers
The device is designed to ensure accurate measurement and maintain a given percentage of oxygen in the flue gases.
Using the lambda-probe:
- reduces the amount of carbon monoxide emissions
- reduces fuel consumption
- significantly less likely to clean the chimney
- increases the operational life of the burner (boiler),
- reduced energy consumption
These measurement results are sent to the module through the internal protocol RS-485.
