Automatic air bleed valve with cut off mechanism is installed in the boiler plants and deflates air automatically from heating and water supply systems, if necessary, in some cases, installed directly on the radiator. It uses design of the float, which closes the needle valve when the body filled with water. Therefore, automatic air vent should be installed vertically only, and always at the highest point of the system.
