Water flow, which is to be purified from the impurities, passes through the filter in such a way that the particles are detained by the filtering grid within the filter body, and, as a result of the grid impurity, differential pressure of the impure and purified water rises.
If the differential pressure rises up to 0.35 bar (standard value), the pressure sensor transmits notification to the control board, which activates the engine installed on the filter body and opens the drain valve. The engine begins to rotate the filtering elements which are inside the filter.
The particles which are in the meshes of the filtering grid are dropped into the filter drainage compartment by means of the purified water pressure (by reverse flow).
If the pressure differential inside the filter falls (lower than 0.35 bar), the collector and discharge valve stop functioning until the pressure rises again.
