019    A range of single filters can be supplied as Simplex basket type for general applications where the process flow is intermittent or can be stopped for element cleaning.Simplex S-type filters are of simple and robust cast construction with in line connections. Suitable for both liquid and gas applications. Flow in-to-out of basket all dirt is captured inside basket ensuring removal from system and enabling all filtrating surface of the basket, which size is 10 times larger than an inlet nozzle size.Filtrating element is a steel perforated basket. To increase the filtration in cast filters an ancillary mesh insert with cell size up to 0.05 mm is used, which simply bolts into a main basket, which acts as a basic construction. Quick release covers enables fast element cleaning with no tools, no lifting gear, no special knowledge, even when filters has a large sizes.

    Supplied with ancillary equipment such as DP gauges and switches, air release heads valves for vent and drains etc. These vents can be screwed and flanged.
