Engineered and improved experience in wastewater grinding, this grinders are available for pipeline or channel installations covering all applications where raw sewage, sewage screenings and sludge maceration is involved.
Capacity - up to 500 m3/h.
Materials of construction:
Body: Stainless steel, cast iron or bronze.
Shafts: Constructed from high specification alloy steel hexagonal bar, with a 600-670 HV minimum Surface hardness.
Cutters & Spacers: /molybdenum alloy steel, hardened, tempered and ground with a 450-505 HV minimum surface hardness.
Mechanical Seals: Maximum working pressure of 6 bar with faces of solid tungsten carbide and multi-sprung design to ensure continuous sealing under the most arduous duty and shock loading conditions.
Drive: Integral motor/gearbox speed reducer, close coupled to the main grinder module, by solid steel coupling capable of transmitting full output torque of the gearbox under a stall condition.
Design Features:
