Twin screw pumps are a heavy duty, fixed or variable flow transfer unit.
It is available in Iron, Steel or Stainless Steel constructions to suit a variety of duties.
The design of the screw set means the screws intermesh without metallic contact, making the pump suitable for non-lubricating duties.
Pump installation: horizontal, vertical.
Pump could be completed with:
- heating jacket for body, pump body heated by special liquid (for example thermal oil), steam or electric heating cable;
- relief valve;
- relief valve made as control valve to operate with electric actuator. Operating principle similar to frequency inverter, just fulfilled mechanically. Very profitably to use – when there are high-voltage motors and with different operation loads: during tank loading and its fininshing it is required to reduce pump’s capacity. With constant motor rotation speed the capacity can be changed from zero to maximum with a relief valve opening and vice versa.

Available configuration of bearings:
- Outboard bearing and timing gears pumps suitable for non-lubricating liquids, such as Petroleum Liquids (petrol, diesel oils, fuel oils), Palm Oils, Fatty Acids and Water Emulsions.
- Inboard bearing pumps suitable for lubricating liquids, such as Lube Oils and clean Fuel Oils. |
