Gate valve with flexible wedge, which is used to prevent jamming of a shutting-off membrane. Wedge gate valves are full bore, pressure looses are minimal. This type valves can be used as on/off duty and can be controlled by means of hand wheel, electric or pneumatic actuator. Construction: solid chock, flexible chock. Position: shaft direction – is upward, valve shaft is directed vertically downward, shaft is directed horizontally – pipe vertically, shaft horizontally – pipe horizontally. Applications: water, steam, oils, fuel oil products, acetic acid and others. Materials: carbon, alloy or stainless steel. Connection type: welded, flanged. Temperature up to +600°С |
