"Gandras" strives to improve quality

March 30 implemented the project "Increasing business productivity and competitiveness of UAB Gandras Energoefektas by implementing innovative e-business solutions", which is partially financed by the Republic of Lithuania and the European Regional Development Fund. This project aimed to optimize the performance of business processes related to the provision of services, using information technologies. Without making additional investments in information technologies, it would not be possible to maximize work productivity and turnover. Therefore, the company needs innovative e-business solutions that are complex and integrated, combining and optimizing management processes. The project promotes wider use of information technologies, ensures quality service provision.

The need for the project was determined by growing requirements for the quality of services, underutilization of employment, low work productivity and operational efficiency, errors that occur, lack of managerial information and effective financial management.

It is expected that after the implementation of this project, work productivity will increase every year. Such forecasts are made taking into account the growth trends observed every year and the fact that the implementation of innovative e-business solutions will shorten the time of service provision, employees will have new abilities, and the time of both customers and employees will be used more efficiently.

The purpose of the project is to increase the business productivity of UAB "Gandras Energoefectas". The task is to create unique software and purchase the necessary computer equipment. Purchased business management system and computers (4 units)

The total value of the project is LTL 157,570.00 of investment, of which 50 percent. received in the form of EU structural support.
