Quality policy
The highest priorities in the activities of the enterprise “GANDRAS ENERGOEFEKTAS” are:
- Selecting reliable equipment suppliers to ensure the supply of stable, high-quality equipment to enhance competitiveness;
- Strengthening control over construction, installation, and design works;
- Improving the quality of construction, installation, and design works;
- Fully satisfying customer requirements in energy production and energy saving, and increasing customers’ trust in the enterprise;
- Fully meeting state requirements and complying with current regulatory and legal acts;
- Continuously improving feedback with clients and equipment suppliers;
- Enhancing competence, continuously developing knowledge, skills, and the personnel motivation system;
- Mastering new types of services;
- Risk-oriented approach;
- Improving the effectiveness of the quality management system (volume of contracts signed).
Regarding environmental protection, JSC “Gandras Energoefektas” commits to:
- Acting in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, environmental norms and regulations, developing and improving standards and rules to achieve world-class performance, and cooperating with legislative and environmental authorities;
- When operating abroad, following international conventions, treaties and agreements, as well as the environmental laws, regulations, and standards of the respective countries;
- Improving environmental performance in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001 to satisfy all interested parties;
- Identifying and minimizing the release of harmful substances during activities to prevent environmental pollution;
- Using natural and energy resources rationally in the enterprise’s processes;
- Raising awareness and informing all personnel about environmental aspects of the enterprise’s main and auxiliary processes;
- Requiring all employees to comply with environmental norms and regulations;
- Requiring contractors and subcontractors to implement the same environmental protection policy as JSC “Gandras Energoefektas”;
- Continuously modernizing industry facilities to reduce accidents and minimize negative environmental impacts related to harmful emissions and discharges;
- Regularly conducting environmental audits of the enterprise and any sites in case of claims against JSC “Gandras Energoefektas” to determine the state of the environment. The results of environmental audits will be considered when making decisions;
- Creating conditions under which goods and services provided by JSC “Gandras Energoefektas” do not harm the environment;
- Interacting and cooperating with authorities, the public, and mass media, openly informing interested organizations, movements, and individuals on environmental matters.
Regarding occupational health and safety, JSC “Gandras Energoefektas” commits to:
- Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, international agreements, sector standards, and regulations governing occupational health and safety, as well as other requirements the organization has agreed to follow;
- Identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace risks, certifying workplaces according to working conditions, and developing and implementing programs to prevent accidents and occupational diseases based on these assessments;
- Consistently engaging all personnel in active participation in occupational safety, health protection, and improvement of incentive measures for such participation;
- Implementing continuous training systems on safe work practices, forming stable behavioral attitudes toward compliance with safety requirements;
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the occupational health and industrial safety management system as a component of sustainable competitive advantage;
- Protecting personnel from adverse production factors, implementing effective work and rest regimes, and providing effective collective and personal protective equipment as needed;
- Reviewing, adjusting, and improving the organization’s occupational health and safety policy as necessary;
- Implementing this policy based on the principles of social partnership through direct dialogue between employer and employees.
- All employees demonstrate personal initiative.
Tasks of senior management:
- Formulate tasks and requirements for employees;
- Allocate areas of responsibility and communicate these tasks to all employees;
- Create conditions for task fulfillment;
- Create conditions for continuous improvement of the enterprise’s quality management system.
The enterprise management assumes responsibility for communicating this policy to employees and motivating its implementation.
The enterprise management undertakes to provide the means and resources for the implementation of the Policy and is responsible for its execution.
