Diverter damper and air valves

3-way diverter dampers

3 way damper with one inlet and 2 outlets. Diverter can control, distribute or isolate gas flow.

Available with pneumatic, electric or manual actuator.

Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (up to 99,9%)

Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at temperatures up to 750ºC.

Connection can be round, square, rectangular.

Size up to DN2500 other size possible on request.

Air valves

The following valves are available:

Regulating or isolating butterfly damper. Normally with one single disc on a central shaft and optionally with multiple interconnected blades.
Circular or rectangular guillotine damper with shut-off system by means of a sliding gate.

Available with pneumatic, electric or manual actuator.

Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (up to 99,9%)

Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at temperatures up to 750ºC.

Size up to DN2500.

Louvre dampers

Rectangular, round, square regulating or isolating damper. Options include a single louvre on a central shaft or multiple interconnected louvres.

Available with pneumatic, electric or manual actuator.

Depending on the sealing system, varying levels of tightness can be obtained (up to 99,9%).

Suitable for low pressure combustion gases at temperatures up to 900С.

Size up to DN2500.

Fans and exhausters

	Centrifugal fans and exhausters Technical data Application: clean air, dusty air, hot air. Temperature up to +300С. Capacity up to 95 000 m3/h (bigger capacity on request). Fans application in industrial plants of conditioning, ventilation, heating and filtering. Volute casing in steel sheet, protected against atmospheric agents by epoxy paint. Single inlet backward curved wheel with high efficiency, manufactured in steel sheet and epoxy painted.
	Anticorrosive fans Technical data Application: clean air, dusty air, hot air. Temperature up to +80С. Capacity up to 2200 m3/h. The fan is particularly designed for conveying smoke and corrosive vapours and smokes, also with high humidity level. Volute in polyethylene (PE) or stainless steel AISI304. Single inlet impeller, in Polypropylene (PP), with backward curved blades and aluminium hub. Or impeller made of stainless steel AISI304.
	Duct axial fans Technical data Application: clean air, dusty air, conveying hot smoke, fumes and vapours, fluids with high humidity and/or saturated by grease, oil or particles. Temperature from -20С up to +200С. Capacity up to 48 000 m3/h. Volute casing in steel sheet, stainless steel AISI 304. Impeller with aerofoil profile blades in glass reinforce polyamide and die-cast aluminium hub, cast aluminium.
