Designed to replace high-speed grinders, which energy consumption is up to 85 % higher. Typically it has a cutting tip speed of only 27 % of a high-speed system and also much lower vibration and noise levels.

Being of a compact size for the smaller capacity flows, the unit operates as an independent unit for open channel or pipeline configuration.
Capacity range 0-60 m3/h on raw sewage and comes with a 3-year warranty when installed to our recommendations.
Materials of construction:
Body: Cast iron, stainless steel or bronze.
Shafts: High specification alloy steel hexagonal bar, with a 600-670 HV minimum surface hardness.
Cutters and Spacers: Chromium/molybdenum alloy steel, hardened, tempered and ground with a 450-505 HV minimum surface hardness.
Mechanical Seals: Maximum working pressure of 6 Bar, with faces of solid tungsten carbide and full multi sprung design to ensure continuous sealing.
Drive: Integral motor/gearbox speed reducer type, close coupled to the main grinder module by a solid steel coupling.
