Desuperheater with spray water supply directly to pressure control valve
Scope of supply: pressure control valve, spray water control valve, expansion chamber complete with tapped bosses for pressure and temperature sensors, drain connection, and internal baffle plate. Spray water complete with 1 mt. flexible stainless steel hose with all necessary fittings to connect the water control valve to the spray nozzle inlet on the main pressure control valve.
Control valves can be supplied with pneumatic or electrical actuators, compressors, dehumidification systems and compressed air filtration system, control system.
- Inlet steam temperature: up to 500 С (higher on request)
- Inlet steam pressure: up to 100 bar (higher on request)

Desuperheater Equalizer type
Desuperheater based on a simple but sophisticated design concept. The cooling water spray is directed upstream from a missing module called an “Equalizer”/ the steam flow turns the spray water and flows with it through the missing module where steam and water meld together with very high contacting efficiency.
